About me :
My name is Ingrid, I live in Surrey and started making chocolate in spring 2023 when my Mum showed me how to do it when I visited her back in Slovakia.
I got really excited about my new hobby and wanted to learn more so I took some online courses and a face to face course in Hayling Island with James Parson a founder of sosasechocolat.co.uk.
I learned a lot about chocolate and cocoa butter tempering, fillings, creating hand painted bonbons that catch your eyes and melt in your mouth. I love the free creation of the bonbon, I can pretty much use any design imagined and can also customise them to customers needs and desire.
Making chocolate is more a hobby for me as I do have a full time job but love making them for another people and I believe everyone should have the opportunity to taste my “made with love wonky bonbons “.
All my products are made from 100% sustainable Belgian chocolate.
